Greystar and PeopleAnswers Announce Software Licensing Agreement

PeopleAnswers, a provider of Web-based talent assessment systems to different business verticals, announced a new software licensing agreement with Greystar Real Estate Partners, a property management company in the United States, for its PeopleAnswers HR solution.

PeopleAnswers HR solution provides companies from sectors like financial services, healthcare, hospitality, retail and property management with an advanced Web-based talent assessment systems to help maximize the quality of every hire, reduce turnover and streamline the selection process.

Greystar selected PeopleAnswers HR solution to efficiently manage the significant number of electronic resumes and applications candidates submit to Greystar. Greystar’s Talent Management team will use the new technology to support their existing process for prescreening and assessing candidates for positions across the United States.

 “Property management at the national level requires smart investments and world-class service to remain competitive and provide the best possible value for property owners, as well as residents,” said Susan Northcutt, managing director of Support Services for Greystar, in a statement.

“PeopleAnswers has a strong presence in our industry and proven success that will allow us to continue improving the quality of people we hire, further supporting our dedication to redefining excellence in apartment living,” Northcutt added.

Company officials say PeopleAnswers  has the ability to identify the Behavioral DNA of the existing team members of an organization. With this capability, it allows companies to focus on candidates with traits similar to its most successful employees.

The software also provides customized, behaviorally based Performance Profiles which will help Greystar match job candidates with the Greystar position best corresponding with prospects’ existing traits and tendencies, the company said.

Flexera Software’s SoftSummit 2011is set to take place at the San Jose Marriott, October 24 – 26.

According to this Flexera Software blog, the SoftSummit 2011 event is targeted to those companies that develop and/or sell intelligent devices or software.
