Software Licensing Provider Flexera Software Expands Senior Management Team

Flexera Software, a specialist in Application Usage Management and software licensing solutions for application producers and enterprises, is welcoming new members to its senior management team.

The company has strengthened its legal team with the appointment of Kraig Washburn as Flexera Software's general counsel. Washburn will lead the company’s legal team and oversee the legal affairs of the company on a global basis.

With over 16 years of experience in working for technology companies, Washburn will focus on software licensing, intellectual property and rights management, mergers and acquisitions, international legal issues and providing strategic advice to the company as part of the senior management team.

In another major appointment, Dana Sacks has joined the company as the vice president of human resources. Sacks brings 30 years of experience in human resources strategy, organizational transformation, change management, benefits, compensation, recruiting and organizational development and training.

Flexera Software specializes in software licensing, entitlement management and delivery, installation, enterprise license optimization and application readiness. The company has set a new momentum in Application Usage Management following the recent acquisition of SCCM Expert. The new appointments will strengthen the company’s strength in legal and human resources, according to company officials.
