Bundling is not a foreign concept to either consumers or producers. A prime example - cable television has been bundling its channel offerings for decades. We subscribe to hundreds of channels for a monthly fee, of which we may actually use only three. Regardless of this demand, however, a la carte pricing for television is practically non-existent.
